From June 23 to November 4, 2018, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Baie-St-Paul presents the exhibition The Borduas Revolution: spaces and freedom, you will discover, or rediscover, a key painter of our history. It is a major exhibition with about sixty pictorial and photographic works, some of which are rarely exhibited.
Located on rue Ambroise-Fafard, Baie-St-Paul Museum of Contemporary Art is the only museum institution in the Quebec region devoted entirely to contemporary art. An open institution whose mission is to promote, preserve and disseminate contemporary Quebec art, the museum has been the presenter since 1982 of the Baie-Saint-Paul International Symposium on Contemporary Art. Bringing together around a theme, for a month, 12 artists from different horizons, the Symposium is a unique event in Quebec in current art whose mission is to encourage the meeting between creators and the public.
