Bistro la Muse is an excellent place to try a local cuisine carefully prepared: the pintande from the Volières de Charlevoix, the goatling from la Ferme Caprivoix, or the sweetbreads flambéed with apple cider and prune mistelle from Cidrerie et Vergers Pedneault.
The table d’hôte is offered at 42$* and includes a starter, an appetizer, a main course, a sweet bite and a coffee or tea.

B – Breakfast
For a nice breakfast in Baie-Saint-Paul, don’t miss the benedicts with smoked salmon from Fumoir Saint-Antoine, or our homemade waffles with syrup from la Coop de l'Arbre.
Breakfast is served from Monday to Saturday from 7am to 11am, and until 2pm on Sundays.
