COVID-19 mesures

Wearing a mask is MANDATORY for all employees and customers inside the establishment. We sell them for $ 2 at the reception of the hostel.

Cancellations / modifications

Unless otherwise specified, it is possible to cancel a reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival, before 3pm exactly. Beyond 72 hours, we will charge the costs of the first night, taxes included.

Certain special periods may be subject to special cancellation conditions.

Guarantees

A credit card is required at the reservation as a guarantee. For the reservations with a non-refundable policy, the prepayed amount will not be reimbursed. At the arrival a preauthorisation equal to the stay’s rate is taken on the credit card.

Non-refundable rates

In the case of a non-refundable rate, the total payment of the stay is charged at the reservation. It is not allowed to modify or cancel this reservation.

Check-in time

The arrival time is fixed from 4pm. If you plan to arrive after 6pm, please let us know and provide us with a cell phone number with which we can reach you.

Check-out time

Check-out time is 11 am on the departure date.

Smoke free policy

L’Auberge is a smoke free place. It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms. If a person smokes in the room, a $250 cleaning fee + taxes will be charged to the client.

Confidentiality

The personal information given by our client are strictly confidential.

Children

Children are very welcome at l’Auberge la Muse. Supplements will apply depending on the age of the child.

A play pen is available for babies at $10 for the stay. Please specify it if you need one at the reservation.

If a minor wants to rent a room, he or she ought to be accompanied by an adult.

Spare beds

Spare beds are not allowed.

Parking facilities

There is a free parking lot for the Auberge la Muse’s guests.

An electric vehicle charging station is also available. Please do not park there if you do not own an electric vehicle.

Rates

The rates displayed on our website are in canadian dollars, et do not include taxes or services.

A lodging tax equal to 3.5% of the amount of the room is charged at the end of the stay.

Payment

We accept canadian dollar payments only.
